Island hopping can be spontaneous, or you can plan it while booking your ticket for multiple destinations. Vital that you do your research on the locations you plan to visit with COVID restrictions. In my case, traveling from Puerto Rico to Vieques then to St Thomas COVID test was not needed due to me being American. Plus, no passport is required.
