GLOBAL CITIZEN MENTORSHIP PROGRAM

IMPORTANT NOTE:

We know, that you -- as a well-informed consumer – are reviewing the following information before enrolling.  Additionally, we are aware that this information may differ from other mentorship programs; this is because the experience that is being curated for you is one of a kind and therefore requires a different level of responsibility from the consumer.

 

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

You may cancel your participation in The Global Citizens Mentorship Program 2021 at any time, but please be aware of the following cancellation policy:

 

It is an extraordinary commitment to bringing this one-of-a-kind immersive experience to our students and, therefore ALL payments are non-refundable after seven (7) days. The ONLY exception to this policy is if The Global Citizens Mentorship Program 2021 must be canceled in its entirety for any reason in which case Global Citizens 2021, LLC will notify all parties via email and provide refund instructions.

 

Unforeseen situations may present themselves to our students and for those circumstances, situations and occasions, refunds will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

MONTHLY LIFESTYLE CHAMPIONS SUBSCRIPTIONS

 When canceling a monthly subscription, all future charges associated with future months of your subscription will be canceled. You may notify us of your intent to cancel at any time; your cancellation will become effective at the end of your current monthly billing period. You will not receive a refund; however your subscription access and/or delivery and accompanying subscriber benefits will continue for the remainder of the current monthly billing period.

Returns & Exchanges: Please carefully select your correct size as we do not accept Returns or Exchanges unless the item is damaged. ALL SWIMSUITS ARE FINAL SALE. If your item is returned to us, we can re-ship, but an invoice has to be sent for the re-shipment fee.

Sale Items: All sales items are final sale.

 

 

Shipping & Handling:  When your order has shipped, an email will be sent with your USPS tracking information. Please note our shipping and handling fees cover $50 insurance, tracking, and signature confirmation. However, once your order is delivered (signed off by someone in your household/attempted to be delivered) we are no longer responsible for the package. It is the customer's responsibility to collect all packages from the USPS location stated on the USPS notice if they were not home at the time of delivery. Holidays and weekends are excluded.

 

 

PLEASE NOTE: Once we have shipped your order, we do not have access or control to its delivery time. Should you have any questions or concerns regarding your order tracking information please contact USPS directly with your tracking number.

 

Pre-Orders: Pre-ordered items will ship on their desired date. If you order other items in addition to your pre-ordered item, all items will ship together on the pre-ordered shipping date. 

Order Cancellations: Please note all order cancellations are subject to a 10% restocking fee, if not canceled within 24hr period.
